We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while ensuring we can continue providing quality services. This policy applies to all bookings made directly with Param Eco Trips unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation by the Customer
- Refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour or for no-shows.
- A service charge may be applicable for cancilation.
Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel tours for reasons including:
- Create and manage your account.
- Publish and display advertisements.
- Process payments securely
- Provide customer support
- Improve Website functionality and personalize content.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
- Any transaction fees, currency differences, or bank charges are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
- With other users (if you publish ads or share details voluntarily).
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors).
- For legal purposes (court orders, law enforcement, regulatory compliance).
- During business transfers (merger, acquisition).
Special Conditions
Some tours involving third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport partners, or event tickets) may follow stricter cancellation rules. These will be communicated at booking.
